Earned fees are summarized and paid monthly after the customer payment clears.
No raw-data requirement
Partners must not send us raw Stocky CSV files unless a separate secure handling scope is agreed in writing.
Transparent representation
Partners must disclose the referral relationship and must not imply Shopify or Stocky endorsement.
No spam or trademark bidding
Unsolicited bulk outreach, misleading claims, and paid bidding on the ShelfClose name are not permitted.
