STOCKY EXPORT CHECKLIST
Export the Stocky history you will still need after August 31.
A practical pre-cutover checklist for purchase orders, stocktakes, cost history, suppliers, and Shopify product mappings.
Shopify says historical purchase orders and stocktakes will not move automatically, and suppliers cannot be exported directly. Treat the export as an archive project, not a last-minute download.
The minimum exit set
- 01
Completed purchase orders, including received quantities and dates
- 02
Open and partially received purchase orders that need a cutover decision
- 03
Full stocktake or inventory-count history by location
- 04
Historical or average unit-cost reports, including currency
- 05
A current Shopify product and variant export for SKU matching
- 06
A supplier index rebuilt from purchase orders and accounting records
Problems worth finding while Stocky is still available.
A folder is not evidence
Open a sample of every export now. Confirm headers, dates, SKU values, currencies, statuses, and row counts while Stocky is still accessible.
Suppliers need a separate plan
Because supplier data cannot be exported directly, decide which purchase-order and accounting records will become your supplier source of truth.
Open orders need an owner
For each in-flight PO, document whether it will be closed in Stocky, recreated in Shopify, or retained as an archived exception.
Run the archive check before cutover week
Download every available Stocky export
Add the current Shopify product export
Run the files together in ShelfClose
Resolve missing mappings and open-order decisions
Store the final files, report, and decision notes together
Check the files without uploading them.
ShelfClose runs in your browser. No login, no analytics pixel, and no raw CSV upload.
